The Zentury combines the classic Zen “teaching” with music and elements from the Butho, the Zen Shiatsu, acupressure, energy work, shadow work and intuition and translates these into the life and work environment of the here and now.

Meditation helps to activate consciousness and detach from emotions, pain, body and thoughts. Through meditation, perception, intuition and movement, beliefs and inner blocks dissolve. This freedom enables the unrestricted development of one’s own potential.
Tea ceremonies and blocks of walking meditation (Kinhin), Osho Dynamic meditation (movement), Sanzen (personal conversation with the teacher), Chi-kung (standing meditation) and Breaks and Mutual Mind / Heartful Talking form the foundation of The Zentury Program.
Jion Blonstein conducts the meditations and coachings. He works intuitively and adapts to the (also unspoken) wishes and needs of the other person.
He met teachers of various spiritual directions during his nine-year journey. His experiences, but especially his years as a Zen monk in the Japanese monasteries of Eigenji and Sogenji, shaped his work and his life. The name Jion was given to him by the Zen master Taigen Shodo Harada Roshi in Japan. “Ji“-Universal Love, “On“-Warmth.
